Onboarding Process
The CereTax onboarding process is a Guided Implementation - meaning we will work with you to implement the solution by guiding you through how to use the platform.

Kick-Off Call
Introductory call for all parties involved in the implementation, i.e. compliance firms, billing providers, etc.

Configure CereTax
Provide configuration elements such as Nexus, Product/Service/Bundle Mappings and Customer Exemptions.

Testing
Confirm successful API connectivity and all configuration components are returning the desired tax results.

Training
Platform review (including reporting) to ensure your team is set up for success prior to Go Live.

Go Live
Copy the CERT configurations to the Production Environment to enable the processing of real-time transactions.
